The spreadsheets below are XLSM files. This means they are macro-enabled spreadsheets. When you click on one, your computer might ask what application you want to use to open it. Please select Microsoft Excel from the options available.
The spreadsheet will not work if you open it in your web browser.
This file has been created by Advancing Quality Alliance (Aqua) and is safe for you to use. Excel will block the macros from running for your safety. In order to enable the macros, please do the following -
Go to Windows Explorer and find the file you have downloaded
Right click on the file and select Properties from the pop-up menu
At the bottom of the General tab should be a security section which says "This file came from another computer and might be blocked to help protect this computer"
Tick the "Unblock" box next to this statement
Open the file and you should be asked if you want to enable macro content. Click the button to enable content
